Week 14 Training

Since my leg and thigh were still a bit sore from Sunday's race, I decided to take it real easy today. Today's training called for a 60 minute walk and that's all I did. Since my schedule was pretty full today, I was afraid that if I didn't go early, that I might not make it at all. So I went out at 5:00am. It was very bright because of the full moon. The air was clear and cool, then, close to 6:00am, the fog started to roll in. All in all, it was a pleasant walk and by the time I was done the soreness had left my leg.
