No Geese Today

The weather was great this morning, slightly overcast with a mild breeze. It looked like it could rain, but never did. I did my 40 minutes of 75/65 intervals, although it was tough - guess I over did the eating on July 4th! When I got to the lake all of the ducks and geese were on the other side following around the landscape crew in anticipation of fresh grass cuttings. I was as pleased as they were.
