Fired Up 5K

Maybe it was the 16 miles on Saturday, but I didn't do very well at the 5K this morning. Although I wasn't looking for a PR, I had hoped to at least come in under 40 minutes. My chip time was 40:28:03. At least I finished and I wasn't last in my age category! Lots of FBFers showed up and many of them won in their age group. Thank you to Stan for volunteering this morning. I got him up bright and early and he didn't complain too much.
