Sidelined by A Cold

The cold I've been fighting finally got me down. I didn't make it out of the house on Saturday. I'd been up all night Friday, coughing, and felt horrible. Sunday and today were pretty much repeats of Saturday. I missed my long run and probably won't be able to train til late in the week, weather permitting.
