1:00/1:00 intervals for 30 Minutes

It was pretty cold this morning. The sky was overcast but it wasn't raining. I wanted to get one more training of intervals in before the 5K tomorrow morning since I want to finish the race in a decent time. The weather is looking good for tomorrow!
It's day 12 of my elimination diet and I have lost 13 pounds and fell great.
