30 Minutes of Hill Training

Austin is this coming Saturday, so I've decided that this week's trainings will be on the treadmill. This morning I did 30 minutes, the first 20 uphill and the last 10, down. Last year's Austin course was mostly downhill, but I think this new course may be a bit more steep.
