Tuesday was a rest day. I really need it - my muscles were very sore from the swim and exercise on Monday. I walked for 30 minutes today, and will get my bike ride in during the afternoon.
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter will be my fourth year of training. Although this Spring's switch is a focus on my first Triathlon, I still plan to continue long distance running/walking.
