55 Minutes Walking
Bob took off today, so we met at 9:00am and walkied for close to an hour. It was a bit humid, but not too bad.

A NEW CHAPTER - TRIATHLON TRAINING
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter will be my fourth year of training. Although this Spring's switch is a focus on my first Triathlon, I still plan to continue long distance running/walking.
