I was feeling the aftershock of my eating frenzy on Sunday. I did 2 single lap warm-ups and then 6 laps straight. By lap 4, I was exhausted. I kept on going and then did some leg lifts before getting out of the pool.
If you've been a longtime visitor to my blog, you'll notice the new heading - Year 4.
It's hard to believe that this next chapter will be my fourth year of training. Although this Spring's switch is a focus on my first Triathlon, I still plan to continue long distance running/walking.
